Browse through the different sections of the site looking at the products available. When you see something you want to buy, you'll notice a add to basket link and by clicking on this link you will add an item to your shopping basket. The number of items in your basket will increase each time you add something. If you click on "View Basket", you can see what you've got and if there's something you don't want, you can remove it.
When you've selected everything you want to buy, navigate to the shopping basket page.
If you are not currently logged into the accounts system please do so using the Login link, or register for a account if you this is your first order.
After you have logged in you will be automatically taken to the checkout page.
Once on the Checkout page fill in your credit or debit card details and click the Confirm Order button (please only do this once as you may be charged again if you do so) and provided your details are accepted by our bank, your order will be placed with us and sent out to you as soon as possible.

Choose a username (this needs to be unique) and password for yourself and enter your email address.
You will also need to enter the address that is registered with the debit or credit card you wish to use.
Then click on the Regsiter button and the system will attempt to create your account. If your account couldn't be created correct any errors that are displayed and click the Register button again. Once your details have been registered you will be able to check the status of any orders you have made and amend the details we have for you.

Some Switch, Solo and Visa Electron cards cannot be used for online transactions. because not all banks allow them to be used online .
We do not store customers' card details on our secure server. Once an order has been accepted, any card details are erased. This means that you will have to re-enter your credit card details if you make a mistake.

Must'av can only refund the cost of you posting returns back to us if we've agreed to this before you send them.
Please include your name, order number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the items. Also - if you are a UK customer - you should ask the Post Office for a 'proof of postage receipt'. This proves that you sent the package to us, in case it is lost on its way back to us. The Post Office will not charge you for this.
If you are not satisfied with any of the items you have received because they are damaged, we will either refund you in full (including the postage and packing you were charged), or send you a replacement if they are available. We must receive the item(s) back from you within 28 days of delivery and in the same condition that you received them. We must also receive the items back before we send any replacements to you.
If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs.
If for any reason we forget to send you part of your order, we will send it to you free of charge.
If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, because your Post Office was unable to deliver the package or because there was no-one to receive it and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will be refunded for the cost of the items. We can re-send the items to you but unfortunately you will have to pay the P&P charge again.
